The 2020 AAHOA Convention & Trade Show is poised to be the best opportunity in the new year for hoteliers and hospitality industry professionals to maximize their business potential. It is the largest gathering of hotel owners in the country, and we’re expecting approximately 8,000 attendees this year.
AAHOA, founded in 1989, is the largest hotel owners association in the world, with nearly 19,000 small business owner-members who own nearly half the hotels in the United States. If your business is the hotel business, this is the place to be.

*ALLIED MEMBER FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL THROUGH THE CURRENT YEAR AT TIME OF APPLICATION SUBMISSION OR NON-MEMBER RATES WILL APPLY.
Exhibit space includes:
- 8-foot-high background drape
- 3-foot-high side drapes
- One (1) 7″ x 44″ identification sign displaying company name and booth number
- Four (4) conference badges. Additional badges are $325 each. Tickets for the gala are not included in the exhibitor space rental rate. If you wish to attend, tickets are available for $350 each. Limit two per vendor.
- The booth does NOT include: carpet, furniture, electricity, internet, etc. Shepard Exposition Services will email an exhibitor service kit containing order forms for additional items once full payment has been received by AAHOA.

Once the contract is completed and received by AAHOA, we will send the registration link for your complimentary badges, as well as information on how to reserve hotel accommodations.
Each exhibitor MUST submit a SIGNED CONTRACT with payment to reserve booth space.
Booths are assigned on a first-come first-served basis.
If an exhibit contract and the exhibit fee do not arrive at the same time, the postmark date on the exhibit fee will be used for booth priority.
Booth reservations will NOT be accepted by telephone or email.
Exhibit space will be confirmed by email, or by fax or mail, if necessary. Your first, second or third choice will be honored, in that order, unless you desire to be located away from an exhibitor whose space has already been assigned.
Those companies or company representatives that do not purchase exhibit space or sponsor a program event will not be allowed to attend the event.
No company is authorized to distribute, share, or sell any lists for any AAHOA event. Statements from any company claiming to have such lists of AAHOA members or the attendees of AAHOA events are fraudulent. Please do not engage with, acquire, or purchase any list from such companies claiming to have use of AAHOA’s database, list of AAHOA event attendees, or AAHOA member contact information.
