AAHOACON20 RESCHEDULED TO AUGUST

The 2020 AAHOA Convention & Trade Show is rescheduled to August 9-12. It will still be held in Orlando, Fla., at the Orange County Convention Center.

AAHOA is committed to bringing America’s hoteliers, our partners, and the hospitality industry the best possible convention and trade show. The travel and tourism industry is facing uncertain times as the public’s perception of the risks posed by COVID-19 become the reality for America’s hoteliers. AAHOA Members are reporting that occupancy, RevPAR, and ADR are in distress. Hoteliers need this time to tend to their businesses as the travel and tourism industry adjusts to this new reality.

More information will be posted on this page as it becomes available. Please check back frequently for updates. We appreciate your patience and flexibility during this time. 

AAHOACON20 Hotelier Registration

  • Event Registration: No action needed. Your registration will be transferred to the new show dates. You may cancel your registration by emailing info@aahoa.com. Please provide your membership number. The new cancellation deadline is July 10, 2020.

  • Hotel Reservation: If you have made a hotel reservation for AAHOACON20 during April 13-16, 2020 with the Hyatt Regency Orlando, Rosen Centre, and Rosen Plaza, it will be automatically cancelled on Friday, March 20, 2020. You will receive a refund for the two-night deposit paid within seven business days. An email will be sent to the email address provided on your reservation confirmation. No action needed.

    In the coming weeks, you will receive additional information on how to make your hotel reservations for AAHOACON20 on August 9-12, 2020. Unfortunately, your reservation cannot be transferred at this time. We look forward to seeing you in August and apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your support of AAHOA.

  • Voting & Awards: We are working diligently to provide you with an update on voting. More information is forthcoming. 

  • Schedule: We are diligently working on providing you with a new schedule of events. Check back to this page for more information.

AAHOACON20 Vendor Registration

  • Booth Reservations:
    • Existing Booths: No action needed! If you have an existing booth, it will be credited and shifted to the August show dates. We will do our best to accommodate the existing floor map. When the August floor map is available, we will reach out to your team. 
    • Cancelled Booths: AAHOA will continue to follow its cancellation policy outlined in the Exhibitor Form. If you have additional questions, please reach out directly to sales@aahoa.com
    • Purchase a booth for August: We have booths available! A new floor map will be available in the coming weeks. For more information, please contact sales@aahoa.com after Friday, March 20, 2020.

  • Event Registration: No action needed. Your registration will be transferred to the new show dates. You may cancel your registration by emailing sales@aahoa.com. If you need to change your organization’s representatives attending AAHOACON20, please click on the link embedded in your event confirmation email and update the names.

  • Sponsorships: If your company is already a sponsor, your sponsorship will be transferred automatically to the new show dates. Our sales team will reach out to you if we require additional information.

  • Lead Retrieval Kits: No action needed! If you have an existing order, it will be credited and shifted to the August show dates. If you still need to sign up for a kit, you can do so here.

  • Shepard Exposition Services: Additional information on shipments sent to Shepard Advance Warehouse and exhibit orders placed with Shepard can be found here.

AAHOACON20 Speaker Registration

  • No action needed. The AAHOA team will handle transferring your event registration and hotel reservations.
