Hotel Availability

All attendees must complete the registration process first to take advantage of the special group rate confirmed for the 2020 AAHOA Convention & Trade Show.

A deposit equal to two nights’ stay is required to hold each individual reservation at the time of booking. Should a guest cancel all or part of any hotel reservation, the entire deposit shall be refunded if notice is received at least sixty (60) days prior to arrival. If notice is received less than sixty (60) days prior to arrival, the entire two-night deposit shall be non-refundable.

All credit cards used to prepay the room deposit will be charged immediately.

Beware of Unauthorized Hotel Solicitations
The AAHOACON website (www.aahoa.com/convention) is the only official hotel provider associated with the 2020 AAHOA Convention & Trade Show. Other hotel resellers may contact you offering accommodations for your trip, but they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the AAHOA Convention.
